This bonus section contains an interview with Stasha Washburn on the impact of the menstrual cycle on therapists and how working in flow can support female coaches and therapists in their business.

Given the general lack of awareness among coaches and therapists, this course stands to be a pioneering resource that can significantly elevate the effectiveness of therapy and coaching practices across the board.

FAQ

Is this course also for male coaches and therapists?

Absolutely, this course is indeed for male coaches and therapists as well! You don’t need to have experienced menstruation personally to understand its impacts and integrate this knowledge effectively into your coaching or therapeutic practices. By becoming well-informed about the menstrual cycle, male professionals can enhance their ability to support their clients with empathy and precision. And, on a lighter note, this insight might just score you some points in personal relationships too—understanding the ebb and flow of the menstrual cycle could help you navigate the complexities of life with the women in your life with a bit more grace and wisdom!

Is this course inclusive towards LGBTQAI+?

Yes, this course is fully inclusive and welcomes members of the LGBTQAI+ community. We recognize that menstruators do not necessarily identify as women, and our course content is carefully designed to be respectful and applicable to anyone who experiences menstruation, regardless of their gender identity. We aim for inclusivity in all our materials; however, we sometimes use the terms "menstruators" and "women" interchangeably for convenience and clarity. Rest assured, our ultimate goal is to ensure that the course is accessible, respectful, and valuable to everyone, supporting a diverse range of coaching and therapeutic needs.

Does this course give a period coach certification?

No, this course does not offer a period coach certification.

The focus of the course is to address a common lack of understanding about menstrual cycles and their potential impacts on well-being and performance. We aim to keep the content short and to the point, rich with practical advice and strategies that are specifically tailored to enhance the practices of coaches and therapists. This ensures that you can immediately apply what you learn to improve your coaching or therapeutic sessions effectively.*
