Our Mission

Be part of a new wave of coaching

The Birth of CycleSync Coaching: My Journey

Like many coaches starting out, I found myself in the beginning grappling with the unpredictable nature of my coaching outcomes. My practice primarily revolved around supporting female clients, who makes up the majority of the coaching business worldwide. Despite my dedication and constant quest for new methods to support them, I often felt stuck, unable to achieve the level of success I knew was possible. There were days when everything clicked, and the coaching sessions were transformative, while during other days just not so much, often correlated with my clients' (and miy) fluctuating moods and energy levels.

The turning point came after several months, while I began questioning everything, I started diving deeper into the innumerable factors that could influence my female clients' moods, behaviours, and performance. It was during this exploratory phase that I stumbled upon the concept of period coaching. Intrigued by the possibility that the menstrual cycle could hold the key to many of the inconsistencies I observed, I enrolled in a Period Coaching Certification* program.

The insights gained from the certification were nothing short of revolutionary—not just for understanding my clients, but for understanding myself as well. For the first time, I grasped the impact of my own menstrual cycle on my coaching style. I realized why there were days I could effortlessly conduct back-to-back sessions, feeling an unstoppable surge of energy, and why, on other days, managing even a single session felt overwhelming. I started sharing my new found insights with othe coaches and therapists and I was surprised by the positive response. Understanding our own menstrual cycle as female therapists and its impact on our mood and motivation, supported the idea that yes, our clients are affected by it too.

Armed with this newfound knowledge, I began applying it to my coaching practice. The results were immediate and profound. Understanding the phases of the menstrual cycle allowed me to align my coaching techniques more closely with each client’s physical and emotional states. This alignment led to more consistent breakthroughs and transformed the way I approached each session. I had discovered a way to fine-tune my coaching methods to uniquely fit the needs of my clients, enhancing both their satisfaction and their results. CycleSync Coaching formed the cherry on the cake of my coaching practice. I wasn’t focusing on menstrual cycle awareness alone as I didn’t want it to pigeonhole my practice into too narrow a niche, but I used it as a awesome complementary approach to get even better results with my clients.

Seeing the transformation in my practice and my life, I was inspired to share this powerful approach with other coaches and therapists. That’s when I created CycleSync Coaching, an online course designed to teach coaches how to integrate menstrual cycle awareness into their coaching strategies. The course aims to equip coaches with the knowledge to understand the menstrual and (peri-)menopausal phases of their clients, enabling them to tailor their coaching for better alignment with their clients' natural rhythms.

Through this course, I hope to eradicate the unpredictability I once faced, replacing it with a structured, scientifically-backed understanding of how the menstrual cycle can be leveraged for maximum coaching effectiveness.

This is the journey from confusion to clarity, from frustration to fulfilment, not just for myself, but for every coach who joins us at CycleSync Coaching
